Magic Green Ball Fascial Release
Use the Rocking and Rolling to Release™ Method to rehydrate your fascia and release tension in the body. This session will take the client through specific body positions coupled with gentle rocking movement on either a semi-hard green ball or soft ball to facilitate the release.
